Services

These are some of the notary, legal document, translation, and shipping services we provide.

Minor travel and document authorization

Authorizations for minors are legal documents that give a child or teenager permission to complete certain procedures or travel when one or both parents or legal guardians are not present. They are often needed for passport requests, international travel, and related consent requirements.

Sworn statement

A sworn statement is a legal document where a person declares under oath that the information provided is true and accurate. It is used in legal, administrative, and government processes.

Notary services

We notarize contracts, wills, powers of attorney, affidavits, deeds, and other important documents. The goal is to confirm identity, authenticity, and legal validity for personal, family, property, and business matters.

Document translation

Document translation for immigration, education, personal records, and institutional processes. We also provide interpreter support for appointments, banks, and other procedures.

Power of attorney

A public instrument that authorizes another person to represent you and complete procedures in Honduras before courts, public entities, private institutions, banks, or property-related offices.

General power of attorney

A general power of attorney is broad and can cover many personal, legal, and property matters.

Example

You may grant a general power of attorney to a trusted person so they can complete the sale of land in Honduras on your behalf.

Requirements

  • Valid Honduran National ID (DNI) or passport.
  • Copy of the DNI for the person receiving the power, plus marital status, profession or occupation, and exact address.
  • If the power is for an attorney, provide bar registration number, phone, email, and professional address.

Special power of attorney

A special power of attorney applies only to a specific task or transaction.

Example

If you need to sell one property in Honduras without giving someone authority over all your assets, a special power of attorney can authorize only that transaction.

Requirements

  • Valid Honduran National ID (DNI) or passport.
  • Copy of the DNI for the person receiving the power, plus marital status, profession or occupation, and exact address.
  • If the matter involves real estate, provide the property deed.
